Problem Statement

Communication in large offices is a challenge, and booking some space to run a meeting or have a private call shouldn’t be difficult.

Goals

• Users will be able to book meeting rooms according to their needs.
• The application will help users to reach the meeting rooms, so there will be no missed meetings due to location confusion.
• Users will be able to book the meeting room in emergency situations even if the room is occupied.

Assumptions

• The organizations we are designing for have large working campuses are multiple and multistory buildings.

Research & Analysis

I tried to understand the pain points, needs & motivations of the users by the information available online. Some common observations are as below:

• Users struggle to get information about the free meeting rooms. They call their colleagues to get the information most of the time.
• Many times they are not sure about the amenities available and their working status.
• If the meeting room is another building or floor and they don't know the location, it is hard to find the meeting room.
